Podere Casetta is an entirely functional agricultural estate that produces olive oil and honey on a land of 23 acres, located in the green Sienese Mountains, Montagnola Senese. A location with a well-aired summer with enough shade and suitable for walks in the surrounding forests, crossed by several paths, catching sight of charming landscapes.
Exploring the private land of this magical and historical place, between olive trees, fruit trees and woods, with a little stroke of luck, it might be possible to see fallow-deers, badgers, foxes, porcupines, hedgehoges, dormices, squirrels and many kinds of birds.
Step back in time between ancient villages and rural Tuscan nature
The Montagnola Senese extends in the districts of Siena, Monteriggioni, Sovicille and Casole d’Elsa, but for the most part it is located in the district of Sovicille. Besides the wonderful nature, this area is known for its many ancient villages and castles where many restaurants and wineries can be found.
