The entrance leads to two large connected spaces, living room with a characteristic Tuscan open fireplace and a well-equipped cosy kitchen with a Tuscan dining table.

The glass doors in the living room with sofa bed, open onto a furnished garden with terrace and lawn. The first double bedroom is accessable from the living room or from the entrance where also a complete bathroom with shower is located.

The second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is reachable from the first bedroom but has also a private entrance accessed via a private outdoor stone staircase.
